Please fill out this Inquiry Form as your first step. Select 2027-2028 as the inquiring year and 6th, 7th or 8th as your grade of interest. You should see at the bottom, “Please continue to the following page to inquire about The Welsh Academy Middle School.” Click "Next."

Remember, on the 3rd page, please scroll down to the end to click "Submit." You will receive a confirmation email after you submit the inquiry form.
